Five Huge Port Harcourt Entertainers Who Left Lagos and Their Career Died.

Before the lagos market took centre stage, before our hip-life and gyration sound laced on a conga loop fizzled out and we housed a sound that was alien to us, we had owned our sound and made stars from this region of ours.

The millennium gave portharcourt a new breed of stars {OAP’s, Video Directors, Veejay’s} who held sway for a while as they scrambled for the few naira notes that our penurious promoters could offer. The Lagos market became the nirvana when these artiste who had major hits could not feed off their perceived hits, the large bumper checks and wide range of publicity became the opium that lured our artiste into the red-light district of a market they couldn’t wrap their heads around.

Here is a comprehensive list of stars who ran to Lagos with hopes hung up high and watched their once brimming career nosedive before their eyes.

Aproko is when u won’t mind ur business and then u try to deam the light of others with negative post n word’s… If u care so much about those that left ur city n failed what about those that left and succeceded.. Beta still what about those still in ur city without any sign of success. Life is risk. It’s an individual race. Run it race and leave others to run there’s.. There’s nothing wrong with trying a new direction.. Afterall u have ur own life to live… Face it and stay out of others.. Perhaps u can’t predict there tomorrow.. That it’s not working today doesn’t mean it won’t work tomorrow, if u so much care about them, then Pray and wish them the best.. Look into ur own life and tell ur self the truth… What’s up?? How’s ur own career? By the Way who dis post Ep?. Hope it’s adding Value to ur respective Career???
